Backs onto ski way, close to village & private hot tub This delightful one-bedroom fully furnished suite is located within a private home on The Knoll. It offers a great view from the hot tub deck and the large windows. Bright, open living/kitchen area with a large bedroom, a full washroom, and laundry in the suite. A great bonus is a private hot tub. Please note, the hot tub is operational during the ski season only. (Closed from the first weekend in April to the third weekend in November) To use it during a stay outside of the ski season, it may be arranged at an additional fee with enough advance notice. Ideal location. Rated 10/10\. Ski right from this suite to the top of the Silver Woods chair. Right on the multi-use trail which connects to the cross country trails as well as the snowshoe trails. Ideally located to walk, drive or ski within minutes to the Village. There are 4 beds (1 queen bed, 1 single lower bunk, 1 single upper bunk, and 1 double sofa-bed/hide-a-bed). Maximum occupancy Kirton Suite is 4 adults. However, Kirton Suite will accommodate 4 adults and 2 children – just ask! Kirton Suite is a fully equipped suite with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost. There are two outdoor parking spots for your stay. Please note: Minimum of five nights during the Christmas/New Years Period. Special feature: Our unit has a keyless entry (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival). However we only had ski in ski out on the last two days when they finally made the trail from the house down to the ski slope, that was a bit disappointing. It sleeps six with the sofa bed but only sits 3 confortably, so bear that in mind. Otherwise all was good, plenty of clean towels, laundry and dish soap, extra sheets and blankets. Loads of storage.
