Skyline is the perfect vacation home for your entire family. This house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the Knoll. It has incredible views of the Monashee Mountains and backs right onto the skiway - can't get any better than that. Walk in the front door to a shared entryway with the suite. From here, you will see your secured main door, and as you enter you can head straight to your open main living area (with the views). This is a perfect area for everyone to gather after an incredible day on the mountain. This floor has a full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, dining area, a washroom with a shower, and your private, outdoor hot tub. There is also a BBQ on the deck for you to use. The den is on the main floor and has a pullout couch and a TV. This den also has a door so it's perfect for kids and can be an extra private sleeping space too. From the main living area, head upstairs to all the bedrooms with another full washroom plus an ensuite washroom that is one of the highlights of this home. Bedroom Configuration: Master Bedroom: Queen Bed (sleeps 2) with large ensuite including stand-up shower, claw foot tub with large windows to soak in the view Bedroom Two: Queen Bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom Three: Queen Bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom Four - Bunk Room: Two Single/Single Bunk Beds (sleeps 4) Den (with a door): Queen Pullout Couch (sleeps 2) Washrooms: Main Floor Bathroom - Full Bathroom with Stand-Up Shower Bedroom Level Bathroom - Full Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combination Master Ensuite Bathroom - Full Bathroom with Stand-Up Shower and Claw Foot Tub From the entryway, you can head downstairs to extra ski storage (if you wish to use) and the shared laundry room. Bonus: The hot tub is open during the winter and summer season only (not during the shoulder seasons) There are two outdoor parking spots available during your stay and there is an EV charging station available. Skyline is a fully equipped house with a shared laundry facility. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost. Please Note: Skyline Upper may be rented with the lower 1 bedroom suite if available. It is connected via an interior stairway so just opens up as one large house. Otherwise, this suite may be occupied. Please Note: Minimum of five nights during the Christmas/New Years Period. The living and dinning area were spacious with an outstanding view and nice fireplace. The kitchen had room for two people working at the same time. The cutlery was sharp and there were plenty of pots and pans of various sizes. The hot tub was big enough for four adults with easy access and a wonderful view. The up stairs had four bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom was out of this world gorgeous. The claw foot bathtub had the best view of the house. Perfect for a nice private soak. The three bedrooms had very comfortable queen size beds with the fourth bedroom being two bunk beds. Access to the ski slope was easy with a nice warm up ski run down the trail in front of the house to the chair lift. I highly recommend this house to you!! ##### Barbara C.
