"I have mixed emotions about leaving this review. Im originally from the Manitowoc area and we come up to Two Rivers / Manitowoc from a couple hours away every now and then. We enjoyed our stay snd I even told my Wife we would probably make this our new go to place when staying. Everyone was so friendly and helpful but one thing disappointed me when leaving. I probably dont have a right to be disappointed as its clearly stated if you want a later checkout, it would cost, but our kids wanted to take a swim after breakfast and we found ourselves getting close to the 11am checkout. We weren't bashful spending as we played mini golf, ordered drinks and even as I asked the question, I had $17 in ice cream bars to purchase. I asked if we could get another hour and check out at Noon. Again, I know they want to charge, but I honestly can't believe its putting them out too much for the hour. The gal said we could, but it would be ..$30. I asked if perhaps they could bypass the $30 and she said something about next time and I frankly said maybe there wouldnt be a next time (nicely). She understood and said she'd ask. I bought the ice cream, went in the pool area with the kids aBy the way, the reason given for not waiving the fee is that they're booked up. I guess I dont understand how the $30 makes that go away? Anyway, apparently it wasnt going to happen and we chased the kids from the pool and went up and cleaned up our room and pack"

"Hotel was great, no major issues. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Property and room was a little outdated and could use some updating and minor repairs, but I would still return and come back. Great location and just a little south from Green Bay. We used the hotel for our base camp before a Packers game."

"We had a fabulous vacation for a family birthday celebration at this home! This was our first VRBO and it exceeded all our expectations! It’s in a quiet location a few miles from all restaurants/stores, but we spent most of the trip enjoying the property, the views, the lake, a fire pit and the many indoor and outdoor games provided by the host! The decor is very nicely done for the comfort of all your guests. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pans, dishes, plates, drink ware, cookware, etc. and the many cooking utensils you may need. We would definitely return! The only recommendation is to make sure you have supplies for the outdoor summer gnats in the evening. Wonderful memories were made! Thank you for sharing your home!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was clean and tastefully decorated and included every amenity we could want. Loved the location with an amazing view and privacy but also only a 15-20 minute drive to several towns and cities with great restaurants and lots of things to do. Communication with the hosts was a plus as well. Highly recommend Hidden Haven."

"Property has a great location--just a five-minute walk to the beach and not much longer to reach downtown. Bedrooms are big. There is only one TV. Kitchen is very well furnished. There are only two bathrooms. Plenty of beach chairs for back yard gatherings or taking to the beach."
