With prime leave viewing time, room was not cleaned by check in time. Was a nice area. Poor signage and no info in room about the resort. Expected more from a resort.

Didn’t like that there was barely a lake view and Jacuzzi didn’t work. Technician took 4 hours to arrive and another 30 mins to fix Jacuzzi and overall sluggish service. Wouldn’t recommend for the price they’re charging.

Was less than satisfied. Room was okay, no daily cleaning, no fresh towels. Have to request fresh towels, coffee, and toiletries. Restaurant is very pricey, no lounge or bar. No place to sit and enjoy a beverage with lake views. Hot tub under repair, sitting area busy with guests checking in and out. Will not go back.

Overpriced for what we got. The whirlpool was subpar, jets didn’t work very well. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. And either the window or the ac was leaking and made the floor soggy, gross. Just wasn’t as good as I was planning for, definitely was not worth what we paid. I would have been happier at a hotel. Won’t be back!

The rooms are great. Both indoor and out door pool options are great. Lots of fire pits with complimentary smore kits. There's a beautiful beach area. Wish we could stay another night.

Walked off the elevator to no carpet on a concrete non finished floor. No laundry, that ass out of order. No vending machines in the who building, a ice machine that was full of water, no ice! Room was nice, but booked for three people and was supplied with two towels and 2 wash cloths, had to wait over a half hour for more. Accused of not using the hotels key cards, when we returned them in the morning after using them for an entire evening.

I love it here. We couldn't check in until 6:45pm which was ridiculous when check in is suppose to be 4pm, but other than that this place is great.

Super outdated! They say the camera adds 10 pounds, well the photos added 10-stars because it was not near as nice looking in person as the photos. They do not offer daily room service, you need to request it. The communical facilities were filthy. They were never cleaned the four days we were there. The same dead bugs in the same spots. Literally tile falling off the walls. Stains and nasty spills that were just left and never cleaned up. There was a massive water leak in the lobby, that was being collected with garbage cans and forget about the restaurant on site. They charge $125 for their "best steak". Not sure how they can justify having that expensive of a restaurant and that poor of facilities. Also, my key to my room never worked consecutively, so everytime i left my room and went back to it, it became deactivated and i had to go to the front desk to have them set it back up, and i was on the 3rd floor, so that was super inconvenient, especially having two young kids. I will say the gal at the front desk that appeared to be there literally every hour of every day was really nice. My guess is they are running on a skeleton staff and they dont have much for a maintenance department. Unfortunately, I wouldn't stay there again. And i hate saying that, but for the amount of money we spent on that place, i just couldnt justify doing it again given the condition of the property.

Property is in a great location on the lake, but there is no convenient way to sit outside by the lake. Our faucet drain wouldn't drain so we had to manually drain our water. Only two "dining" style chairs to sit on in the room, therefore not comfortable to sit and enjoy the view or fireplace.

Pool floor was dirty and unclean. The jet in the hot tub was not working. The floor in the hotel room smelled of old rags. The guest in the upper unit was nosiest. I could hear furniture being moved around and the whirlpool running the middle of the night.

The location right on Lake Superior was of course the best part of the resort, but the resort itself was beginning to show it's age. The wall, floor coverings, and furnishings looked old and tired. The resort was very clean, and the linens were top notch. Hats off to the Housekeeping and Laundry departments!!! We can not say much about the on-site restaurant, because one look at the menu and we knew it was out of our price range. Perhaps if they could swing another restaurant with more reasonable prices. Over all a very pleasant stay.

Nice and quiet
Beautiful area and more affordable than the local hotels. The only complaint would be a lack of continental breakfast or grab and go lunches. Otherwise a quiet and pleasant stay.

This place is not worth the money at all. The room was not clean. The hallway has temporary construction lighting and all you hear is the highway with the window open. I understand the location is nice but for 750$ for two nights. Completely rip off.
