Außerdem ist die Wohnung offensichtlich seit der Entstehungzeit nicht renoviert worden, die Möbel und Vorhänge kommen anscheinend auch aus den 1980er Jahren, sehr unschön, Schlafsofa zu kurz und schlechte Matzratze. Außerdem sehr unzureichend in der Küche ausgestattet, Spülmaschine sehr laut. Überteuert für das, was die Wohnung biete.
