Ebenfalls positiv sind die gute Lage im Herzen von Surlej und die grosszügige Parkgarage. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind ziemlich klein. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es z.B. keinen Platz, Kleider auf einem Stuhl zu deponieren. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber funktionstüchtig.
