It's on a corner, so it has beautiful views. The washer / drier is in the bathroom, rare find. But there is fan almost always on in the kitchen that might be annoying. The TV only has satellite (German) channels. No wifi. Garage access and space for parking is a bit complicated. No bedsheet change in two weeks, we had to wash them.
