Le bâtiment devrait être rénové, notamment les fenêtres, pour éviter la déperdition de chaleur. Le thermostat était sur 24° à notre arrivée ce qui est beaucoup trop. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist aber eher klein, wenig Ablage etc. Vor allem das Schlaf-Sofa ist deutlich zu klein für zwei Erwachsene! Ausserdem wirkt die Einrichtung alt und schmuddelig, die Stoffmöbel wie Sofa und Sessel sogar etwas ekelig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, v.a. der Küche ist ebenfalls recht mager, das Nötigste ist vorhanden aber auch nicht mehr. Reinigungsmaterial fehlt, z.B. Einige Einrichtungen sind in die Jahre gekommen. Da alles tip top sauber war, hat es dies wett gemacht. Etwas bessere Beleuchtung in Küche und Badezimmer würde ich mir wünschen.
