Ci siamo sempre trovati a nostro agio soprattutto per lo sviluppo su due piani dell'appartamento che ci permette di essere tanti pur mantenendo ognuno la propria privacy. L'appartamento è stato parzialmente rinnovato un paio di anni fa ora consiglierei di rinnovare anche i divani. Inzwischen sind die beiden Bäder erneuert und die Küche. Schön wäre, wenn bald auch die nicht mehr so schönen Wohnzimmermöbel erneuert würden. Alles andere ist in Ordnung, auch der große Esstisch. Das Haus selbst ist in einem guten Zustand. Mit der Pizzeria im Haus kann man auch gut essen gehen. Nicht befriedigend ist das WLAN-Netz. Küche, Badezimmer und Böden waren neu renoviert, allerdings mangelte es an der Ausstattung mit Tellern, Besteck, Büchsenöffner etc. Der Platz in Schränken war ausreichend, die Schlafzimmer zwar klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer wären hingegen auch neuere Möbel bei Gelegenheit schön.
