Der Großteil der Ausstattung stammt aus der weit zurückliegenden Vergangenheit. Für drei Personen und eine Woche erträglich. Auf dem Bettsofa kann eine Person gut schlafen. Zu zweit kann es wackelig werden. Die Nähe zum Skigebiet Corvatsch ist ein Pluspunkt, da kann man sogar mit Skistiefeln hinlaufen. Die Fenster sind direkt vor der Garageneinfahrt, da kann es in der Früh schon mal laut werden. Das Haus ist sehr weitläufig und man braucht einen guten Orientierungssinn. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles da was man brauchte. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat hier gepasst.
