APARTMENT DESCRIPTION 3 ½ -room apartment on the ground floor ca. 120 m2, sunny with view of the lake and mountains. Entrance with hall stand. One double room with bath/double sink/toilet. One bedroom with two beds. Shower/toilet/sink. Open kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Coffee maker CHICCO D'ORO. Living/dining room with fireplace and access to the garden and view of the lake and mountains. Storeroom with washing machine and drier. 2 garage parking places. Pets are allowed. HOUSE DESCRIPTION The Chesa Luorza was built in 1990 and is located at the edge of the woods in a very quiet spot. Many cross country ski tracks and hiking trails start right by the house. The mountain cable railway can be reached by foot in about 10 minutes. Due to many gorgeous ski slopes the Corvatsch is a popular destination. In the summer it is the starting point of many hikes. During the season the bus leaves for every direction every half hour. The bus stop is about 350m away from the apartment. Die Abwaschmaschine funktioniert noch gut, im unteren Teil sind aber die Tellerhalter kaputt, bzw. müsste der Korb mal repariert oder ausgewechselt werden. Wir haben viele gemütliche Stunden bei einem feinen Essen am Esstisch verbracht. Manchmal wünschten wir uns etwas bequemere Stühle. Wir sind gerne in der Wohnung Abitaziun Luorza in Silvaplana-Surlej und wissen es zu schätzen, dass wir auch mit zwei Hunden willkommen sind. Wir achten jeweils darauf, dass wir die Nachbarn nicht stören und wir die Wohnung in einem sauberen Zustand verlassen. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank auch an die Eigentümer der Wohnung, dass uns dies ermöglicht wird! Für unsere Bedürfnisse war die Wohnung einfach perfekt. Sie ist sehr gross und die Aufteilung mit den zwei Badezimmern ist ideal. Es gab unter den Bewertungen die Information, dass beim runterfahren in die Garage der Unterboden vom Auto beschädigt werden könnte. Dies war bei uns kein Thema. Die Lage der Wohnung ist herrlich und die Terrasse ist ebenfalls wunderbar und die Aussicht ein Traum.
