"At the first day I open the sheet to sleep I found hair on the mattress the second day we went to the beach the staff at the beach asked for coupon we told him that they didn’t inform us that we should bring coupon or should we pay .Moreover when we asked the third day at the reception the madam at the counter said that we are half board so we are not eligible to have coupon when I told her that it was not clear while booking that we should pay when we go to the beach , she provided us with two coupon and telling us that it is the last time she will give
