On arrival the welcome was warm. All the staff were efficient, attentive, professional and friendly. The room was very comfortable and spotless, with complimentary water and plenty of space. Avoid - Many better options
I haven't felt like I overpaid this much for a hotel in over 5 years. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Service terrible with people at front desk and the hostess at the restaurant. And it is not ski-in/ski-out. It is right off a busy road and near the train line, not a ski resort. 15 ...
