"We booked a camping pod (koza) and a karavan and our experience was utterly disappointing. The facilities are in a bad condition, very old &dirty. Around the caravan pod there were beer bottles and plastic rubbish, public showers don't have locked doors but instead they have curtains like a changing room?! "We stayed at this hotel for one night and were very satisfied overall. The room was very clean and well prepared. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and delicious options.
The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. Our room included a sauna, jacuzzi, and a fireplace, which added a special touch to the experience. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi.
The only downside was that unfortunately the sauna did not reach a sufficient...

"Upgraded on arrival to a room with a jacuzzi and real fire in the evening, which was nice. The room was a bit tired looking however and the pillows needed changing as they were musty smelling, also no cups provided either day.
The guy who lit the fire and served breakfast and generally dealt with any queries was excellent. "
