The drainage was blocked with algae. The crockery was dirty with soup stains. The two pots were burned beyond help. Only two small towels were provided, no hand towels or kitchen towel. The mattress protector was disgusting and they took it away when they changed the bed by turning it around. The bedsheets are fake, not cotton. Overall a bad experience and we do not recommend staying here. The management simply stopped communicating with us. One small towel for each guest. No hand towels, no kitchen towel. Only one broken chair and a small table on the balcony. Some people were smoking in the corridor and the elevator which made us sick, they were dumping their sigarette buds on the floor, still burning. When we checked in the air conditioning was dripping on to the mattress, which was soaking wet. The bedsheets were imitation satin, e.g. polyester. When we complained about it the contact lady acted as if this was our fault. Eventually someone came and fixed the air conditioner, and they turned the mattress around so we could sleep on the dry side. Then we saw the mattress protector which was stained with urine and blood, and we told them to take it away.
