Today they told us they don't work with hotels.com but only with Chinese websites. So they will not refund the deposit fully but only half. So I payed Hotels.com and and I pay again this hotel so twice the regular price for a very bad experience. .. No apologies from the staff.. Anyway these people are absolutely not professional.
