They are remodeling the property and it was great! Much better than expected and what is in the pics. The breakfast was a little disappointing and our tv didn't work in our room and was still super outdated and small but those are just minor things. the bed was comfy and the room was really clean.

Nice facility in a smaller community. It was clean and quiet. Free breakfast was a little on the light side but OK.

We stayed here overnight for a family visitation and funeral in Washington. Nice, newer 2 story motel. Room and inn clean with all amenities. Breakfast included, which was bagels, toast, cereal, frozen waffles. Definitely recommend for the area.

The lady working at the desk was so kind and welcoming. This is an older hotel, but clean and just what we needed. We were attending the What Cheer flea market for the first time and would definitely stay here again if we come back. Thanks for the pleasant welcome to Iowa!

No room service. Rooms smelled musty. Breakfast was meager. No individual soap or shampoo or lotion. Front doors were difficult to open (heavy and air pressure issues between the two doors). Limited parking.
