The second bedroom offers a workstation with spacious storage and a comfortable office chair.

The living room is bright and sunny, with unobstructed views from the 4th floor. The room is decorated in cheerful and welcoming colors with a couch for relaxation, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. You can enjoy coffee every morning or have a drink in the evening on the shady screened-in balcony with a beautiful view of the Intracoastal! The dining table can comfortably sit up to four or five.

The completely renovated kitchen includes stainless appliances, granite countertops, stove/oven, microwave, new cabinetry, dishes, cookware, and stemware. The coffeemaker and air fryer will help you prepare your favorite foods easily.
There is free WIFI throughout the unit. Four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and fishing rods are available.
This unit comes with a covered parking spot (N30) to keep your car cool in the summer heat and is conveniently located close to the entrance to the building.
