Wonderful all together. The rooms are older but are being renovated gradually. We as a family of 6 would go here again in a heartbeat! Affordable and enough space. Pool, hot tub, sauna and gym are lovely. Staff were great. Booked the supreme room so we were away from the railway which was good for quiet.

Never saw any staff no one at the front. They never sent my check in information as promised. Not sure why I have to chase them down to receive check in instructions it should have been provided to me. The phone number is rarely answered, when they do they promise to send items to the room then they never show. Very frustrating and poor service. We knew there was no check in desk but they are very slow and lazy getting back to people. We liked the room but also they say it sleeps 6 and there’s no way it sleeps more than 4. The signage is horrible we couldn’t find the gym or the pool you’re forced to walk around the parkade in your bathing suit looking for the pool with no signs around. The floor is very slippery and unsafe!

The staff friendliness and courtesy were amazing. The hotel was very clean and immaculate. The only minor inconvience was the water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, this minor issue would not be a deterrent for me to stay at this hotel again.
