This is a beautiful hotel, very clean & nice for a relaxing break. Food also very good & staff very friendly & helpful.

My family and I travel a lot and mostly to 5 star hotels . this hotel had so many positive despite us visiting out of season April 15-22 2016 . they staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed to understand our English but not perfect in Translation but what they failed in translation they made up in effort . The facilities i.e. pool stunning and beautiful views of the sea and well managed gardens . they have 3 out door pools to chose from and the bottom pool was perfect for my 2& 9 year...

Very comfortable hotel, good food and plenty of variety. The staff in the restraunt are attentive and cleared the table quickly. The rooms were cleaned daily and the ladies cleaning the rooms were very nice. We had a room with a sea view balcony and mini bar which allowed us to sit late in the evening with a cold drink and enjoy the view. Good facilities if you wish to use them and plenty of comfortable seatingnot only in the hotel but also in the outdoor bar area. I would return to this...

Superbly maintained property and facilities. Close to tram and beach. Staff were very willing to assist in anyway possible. I would use again and highly recommend these luxury apartments.

Great communications from start to finish. Location is spot on, close enough to the centre but down a side st so quiet enough as well. I don't usually do reviews but felt compelled to write on this time. Do not hesitate to book here, you certainly won't be disappointed.

Superb management and staff a really excellent team nothing is to much trouble all should be very proud of what they have achieved. Alex the manager is nothing short of outstanding. Excellent position close to everything. Highly recommend.

Located ideally for all shops, restaurants and beach, fantastic choice of meals in restaurant. Half board allowed us to choose lunch or evening meal, room was good size being cleaned and checked each day if wanted. Honestly deserves it's 4 stars and would definitely recommend it.

Of all the hotels we have stayed in my wife and I find this to be the only one worth returning to again and again.

The hotel was very close to the beach and Old Town and is in a relatively quiet area of the resort. The staff were excellent and very efficient. The range of food meant you could have variety throughout the week. We went for the Select option which meant we had access to a room offering branded alcohol, newspapers and a private small terrace - would strongly advise people go for this option. The jewel in the crown is the spa - went there twice and it's a real treat. Would stay here again...

This hotel really is 10/10, from the moment you arrive it’s welcoming, accommodating and everything any traveller would want. The food is great also!

Clean room, great air conditioning. Nice toiletries. A dry hotel with easy walk to front and strip.

Hotel within walking distance of beach, bars and restaurants. Hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the beach if you don't fancy the 10 minute walk in the heat!! They will also pick you up. Good transport links to both Altea and Benidorm. Entertainment provided in hotel during day and evening for both adults and children. Pool area can get busy but we never had problems getting a sunbed. Hotel does not open up the pool area until 10am so this stops the reserving of sunbeds but can be frustrating...

So pleasant and upmarket staff are verry friendly

The first room was two single beds so the receptionist changed our room to a double bed. The day after my birthday we had complementary champagne and chocolate. Which was a very nice surprise.we requested a kettle and tea/ coffee which were given to us within the hour of asking. Staff were all very polite helpful and nothing you asked them was a problem to do.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, I’ve stayed in a few hotels in my life but never shone with 2 bathrooms. Buffet breakfast had lots of choices with egg chef, detox bar fruits, pastries and loads more. Bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. We also used the spa and had a massage, staff were all lovely. Looking at going again in June

It was out of the way and the cleaning staff were fantastic
