Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

I was charged twice for the entire stay. Prepaid on Expedia and they insisted I pay in full again at check in. I got it resolved when I checked out and left a day early - without refund of course. Main road on Google Maps to resort was closed for work - nobody told me and then Google Maps wouldn’t direct me to the resort. Luckily was daytime or I would have slept in my car. They also emailed me And sent me to the wrong resort to check In.
