Entry to room was down 7 steep steps to the basement. 2 small windows to window wells below the sidewalk don't meet fire code for sleeping rooms where I'm from in MI. Ice must be requested from desk but it's only open from 3pm-10pm. No hot water in shower, just warmish. Furnishings and finishes are old and worn out. On the bright side, Safeway across the street was convenient.

4th stay here. If you want a 5 star hotel, this isn’t it. If you want an upgraded cabin feel, this is perfect! Super tiny shower only bathroom, but the room is nice sized. Excellent mattress and added extras such as free bottled water. Will stay again.

This is probably the oddest place I've ever stayed. Not sure a place for family with small children. The owners were kind and helpful. The room was older but clean. The odd part was were in a basement room of a house. We had no control of the temperature but the room was comfortable with the fan. This struck us as a little odd. Maybe some updated photos and up front info during booking would help. Very affordable. I would stay here again; however, I think more information about the property is in order.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were a bit older fashion, but clean, nice beds, a mini fridge, and soap with shampoo and conditioner. I didn’t see any place for ice, which would’ve been nice to restock our cooler but other than that it was a good place to stay and will be staying there again!

I cannot recommend this hotel. There were several dead flies on the bathroom windowsill, the shower was old and very small, the microwave was not clean, the AC was loud, and the bed was uncomfortable. We arrived 15 minutes before the check in time. The staff made a big deal of it. I offered to leave and return at 3:00, but they finally said we could check in. Not a good experience.

Pretty much what you might expect at this price. Spartan accommodations. Small room, tiny bathroom, but was clean and everything worked. AC was efficient, water was hot and TV worked.
