Staff wasn't helpful
Bathroom sink was clogged
There was nothing in the room at all, not even drinking water. Even in the bathroom, there was nothing. But I asked them for soap, and they brought it when I requested it.

We were spoiled by all the staff at Cleopatra Sidi Hneish during our stay. The general manager was very attentive to our needs and was extremely generous and he set the tone for his entire team.
The resort is very modern on a small hill with many pools. The rooms are very large and comfortable with great views on the beach and pools. Large variety of food and the fruits are a special hit.
