"The property and the people were good. Except this has been the third time we’ve been to the Heritage Inn ‘and they say the hot tub is running.. Again we get there and it is not working. They keep saying it just broke down but that’s been over three years that we know of that it just broke down either. Take it off the website and don’t advertise it because that was the reason we went there. We stayed three days because we thought it was working again ,and before we booked i called the hotel direct 3 times and there was no answer."

"The room was clean and nice. However the staff gave my room keys to a couple and I was resting in my room when all the sudden people are trying to get into my room. When I got up and opened the door they were just as shocked as me. They showed me the keys they were given and sure enough it had my room number on it. They apologized and went back to the desk. Then when I went down to talk to the front desk they told me they never gave room keys to my room and went on and on about how it didn’t happen."

"Breakfast was prompt and was fairly decent. Shower backed up, grout falling off otherwise rooms were decent. Area surrounding property didn’t seem to be the best area, but we didn’t experience any problems. "

"I love this quaint hotel in downtown Great Falls. It's quiet and the beds are so comfortable it's hard to get up. The staff is always welcoming and kind. Rooms are tastefully decorated and the location is perfect."

"Staff was amazing, breakfast was ok. Clean rooms, beds were a little on the harder side, didn't sleep very well. Overall, I wouldn't single it out if we happened to be going through there again. "

"We had some hiccups getting into the rental, the code didn’t work and we weren’t able to contact the host easily. Expedia was helpful to getting us in contact with them. Once inside, everything was very comfortable, plenty of space for my family of 6 and 2 standard poodles. I will say an added tv in the basement would be awesome and maybe more than 5 rolls of TP would be nice too (we stayed 8 nights). But overall, very pleased with the space, cute neighborhood, close to many stores, quiet and safe. Would definitely stay here again. "
