From the moment we checked in, the staff was fantastic and surprisingly upgraded us to a poolside room, which set the tone for the entire trip. The pool area is hands-down the highlight—it genuinely felt like being at a resort in Mexico. Combined with the great weather, we spent most of our time relaxing by the water.
