Diamond in the ruff is an understatement for this place. I could not have been more pleased with this place. The room was exactly how it is described on the site. But the exceptional service of the staff was amazing ..Hany, Yasmin, & Mahmoud were absolutely outstanding. Their level of attentiveness to the quests exceeds any top tier resort. Rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly! At night, you could hear the road noise (car horns) and the construction behind the property was a bit noisy at night. The included breakfast was good as was the rooftop restaurant. The free airport transfer that was included is one way only so be prepared for that return cost.
