I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel ! La vue sur les pyramides est incroyable et l’emplacement est vraiment idéal. Le rooftop est magnifique, avec une très belle vue, surtout au coucher du soleil. Tout le personnel est très gentil, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. La réception est très agréable et professionnelle. Les chambres sont magnifiques, très propres, confortables et bien entretenues. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié les excursions proposées par l’hôtel. J’ai fait plusieurs excursions avec eux et tout était très bien organisé, avec une équipe sympathique et professionnelle. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un agréable séjour avec une superbe vue sur les pyramides. J’ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience et j’y retournerais avec plaisir !

Our stay was super! 1. Check-in was super easy and quick. The lady at the reception was excellent; she took us to our room, explained the terrace pyramid view, rooftop, and breakfast, and helped us with taxi bookings, etc. 10/10 2. The cleaning lady did an exceptional job; the room was super clean, cool AC, with no dust or hair. Bed linen was changed every day, and new towels were provided. 10/10 3. Restaurant staff, Fuad and Soudia, really took care of us, serving us the best breakfast we had. Tables were full of food, and it tasted excellent. The kids really loved the falafel. There was a variety of main dishes during our 3-night stay. 10/10 4. The hotel provides a tour package that is lower in price than major tour operators. 5. 5 minutes by walk to Pyramids Giza gate, so that will make your stay excellent, you will not hear any honking from the cars. 6. Free airport pick up at Cairo international airport

A gem of a hotel with a view of the pyramids. This hotel was much better than expected. The staff was more than friendly - always welcoming us with a warm smile and friendly greeting. The highlight was the exceptional view of the pyramids from the room. Breakfast was delicious. The rooftop bar offered fantastic food and a beautiful view of the sunset right behind the pyramids. The area is a bit messy but so is most of Egypt. This place is a no brainer as far as quality for the price. I would gladly stay again.
