Centrally located, 5 minutes walk to Shrewsbury centre, on the 1st floor of a Grade II listed former rectory, with high ceilings and perfect for getaways, solo travellers, or business trips. A stones-throw to Theatre Severn and the river, with cafes, restaurants and bars just over the bridge. Explore the sights, shopping and nightlife from this cosy and elegant retreat! Welcome to our open-plan apartment, beautifully decorated throughout with kitchen, shower room, real wood vintage oak flooring, and stylish drapes. Now with a large 50" Smart TV! A very comfortable double bed awaits you for a good night's rest. Spruce up for the day with our electric shower (so you never run out of hot water!) in an enclosed stylish shower cubicle with free toiletries. You will be just a 5 minute stroll away from the fantastic Theatre Severn and close to Shrewsbury's many shops, bars and restaurants. With high ceilings, beautiful floor-to-ceiling sash windows and period features, it is a wonderful ‘away from it all’ retreat. Put your feet up in front of a newly added 50" LG TV for those cosy nights in after a day out exploring the local area. Streaming channels only - Netflix / Amazon, please use our own log-ins (don't forget to log out afterwards We have 1 designated car parking space at the rear of the property which we offer for £8 per night. Please let us know if you would like this after booking. It saves worrying about your car being in a large car public car park overnight. Shrewsbury is a beautiful medieval town, nestled in the loop of the River Severn. It’s packed with over 600 beautiful, listed buildings, many of them delightfully crooked black-and-white Tudor shops and dwellings in ancient, steep, narrow alleyways called ‘shuts.’ It has excellent shopping with plenty of boutique and designer shops, as well as all the main chain stores. A peaceful place to spend your time in comfort. Visit the famous Quarry Park by the River. Take a River cruise on the Sabrina riverboat (subject to season). Visit the flower show or many festivals this quaint town is renown for. You are spoilt for choice in Shrewsbury for eating and drinking out! The varied restaurants, bars and old English pubs cater for everyone. Why cook indoors when you can dine out and explore the town. We have recommendations in our guest manual and hope that you will come to stay. A warm welcome from us and we look forward to your stay. The whole of the apartment is for guests to use. There are stairs up to the first floor. These are not steep so should not cause any issue. If you would like a late check-out, we’re happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of £25, up to 1pm. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night's stay. The property is not child friendly so we only allow ages of 16 and above. Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone. The linen and the towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
