The home is located in a residential mountain area where wildlife is common. Please admire elk, deer, and other animals from a safe distance and do not feed or approach them.

Access to the home is via paved, city-maintained roads, so 4x4 is not typically required under normal conditions. Winter weather can still impact travel throughout the White Mountains, so guests visiting during snow or ice conditions should check forecasts and road conditions before arrival.
