"the staff was very rude and was not helpful with were anything was. the reservation and customer service on the phone is a joke. just switch to ai if you are going to outsource the call center anyway. would recommend an econolodge over this place strictly due to customer service"

"The hotel was OK. The room wasn't the cleanest with the bathtub definitely needing cleaned. Breakfast was really good for a hotel breakfast. Hotel was located around a lot of restaurants and shopping. It got the job done, don't know that I would stay again."

"Excellent house. Had a small issue with the heating of the pool, but overall a great property. It is close to a marina for renting a boat and close to eateries on the lake. If you want to use their firepit area make sure to bring your own firewood which can be purchased close by."
