Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The unit is located on the 2nd floor. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). It was clean, and and it slept six comfortably (though with only one bathroom, that was a bit of a challenge). The segmented couch is comfortable and could be configured into a bed. One improvement would be fixing the electrical sockets - some didn't work - and perhaps adding an additional official parking spot, since it's a large accommodation. However, the parking was in a large lot, so we were able to park up to 3 cars without any complaint from anyone. We left a list of things that they might want to add for guest comfort. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The downside was how close it is to a busy street. Traffic noise was loud. The location was good. We were a half hour away from most places we wanted to visit. There is a beach that is walking distance. A couple things to consider are it is on a very busy street. Fast moving traffic. Can be loud. I think there should be lighting where you are required to walk your dog. Once it is dark, you are out there in a field that is pitch dark. Also, the table and chairs on the little deck were absolutely terrible. Basically the seats were disintegrated. That should be replaced for the money you pay to stay there.
