Sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist in der Gegend eine Rarität, in Fußgängerentfernung zum Strand zu sein, der traumhafte Sandstrand ist in gut 15 Min zu erreichen. We loved this wonderful Mastic Beach home! It's spacious, clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful, well stocked, modern kitchen. We had everything we needed for our stay, Plus more! The screened-in porch and deck overlooking the bay was exquisite. We enjoyed the nearby beach with beach chairs that are provided at the rental. The owner, Dennis, is a great host, helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!! ##### Teresa Q. The house is very clean and a wonderful kitchen with anything you could possibly need! We loved the deck that looked over the water and plenty of nice outdoor furniture! AC was great on the 90 degree days for sure! We enjoyed the large tv in the living room with all services you would want. If you are looking for a beach vacation this is the place! It was very comfortable, scenic and in a great location. The hosts were very nice and I enjoyed catching up with Dennis.
