Beautiful ranch-style house with modern comforts is waiting for you. Our newly built home includes new appliances and luxury furnishings. This home offers 1,300 square feet of space with an open living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The backyard has outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill for you to enjoy. Our home is minutes away from the beach and only minutes away from the shopping center.

The living room, and guest room all include a large smart HD TV. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a large closets. There are 1 other bedrooms that has another queen-size bed and also queen-size air bed for additional guess.

Full access to the Apartment. Guests will have a separate entrance to the house.

The community is adjacent to a 46-acre pristine wooded preserve with easy access to some of the region’s most beautiful natural sights, wineries, farms, breweries and beaches.
