We were left with no choice but to find alternative accommodation that same day.It is now March, and I am still fighting for a refund. Despite the issues being clearly covered by policies, Stayz and Vrbo have been running me in circles for months. I have provided all the evidence requested, yet I am forced to follow up constantly without getting anywhere.Save yourself the stress. Between the non-functional facilities, the ghosting host, and the non-existent customer support, this has been a nightmare to resolve. I would not recommend this property to anyone."
