It was so nice to feel safe and clean and warm and comfortable

Good place. BUT .. as a security measure you’ve got to do a “challenge and respond” EVERY time you try to use the elevator to get to your room. They force a card into your hands if you try to take kids into the restaurant— it has laws quoted on it about no loitering with children in the casino area.. To make it clear you must show your ID to the security guard EVERY TIME YOU USE THE ELEVATOR.. and then use your card to activate the elevator buttons. BIT too much… I’ll take my chances and go to a different place and avoid the mandatory ID checks 10 to 15 times a day

Always friendly at the desk clean and on point

Nice staff, room was fine, only real complaint was that check in was for 3 and my room still wasn’t ready. Otherwise it was fine and the casinos are right dow the street, so the locale was perfect

The room was clean. The smell in the hotel was musty. There is no staff. have to call to check in. I paid for an upgraded room and was not given that room or told about the difference in rooms.
