"The evening Registration person could not understand English. Even with Google Translate we had a difficult time. He didn’t offer to help us with the language barrier, but just stood there with a blank look. No explanation of services, breakfast hours or that we had to pre order for breakfast. The morning staff was better and tried their best to help us with breakfast. "

"子連れ旅行でお邪魔しました。とにかく最高でした！ホテルの建物はエントランスからお洒落でテンション上がります。大きな窓がたくさんあるレストランでは夕陽を眺めながら地元の美味しいお魚やお肉、野菜をイタリアンに調理してもらって頂けました。朝御飯は和食も選べて毎朝楽しみでした。客室も清潔で広く、大浴場は露天もあり夕陽や朝火を見ながらゆっくりできました。 フロントの男性スタッフさんがカメラに詳しく親切で、星のことや台風のことなど教えてくださり子供も嬉しそうでした。 またお伺いする日が楽しみです！"

"あいにくの天気が悪い日ではありましたが、フロント、部屋からの眺望は良く、開放感がありました。 難点としては虫が多いタイミングのようで、露天風呂では羽虫が、レストランでは蠅が、というところで虫が苦手な人は時期によっては注意。 スタッフの方は誰も親切で好感が持てました。 フロント側にあるBARは値段は少々お高めですが、バーテンダーのスタッフさんが色々とお酒の説明をしてくれて楽しめました。 食事はコース形式で五島列島の名産品をふんだんに取り入れたメニューでどれも非常に美味しくいただけました。アレルギーの配慮もしてくれて丁寧です。 ちなみに周りにはコンビニなどもなく、車で十五分くらいかかります。"

"One of a kind hotel. I believe there are only 2 rooms in the property. The owner met me when I checked in and explained how to lower the blinds facing the street as the shower and toilet are facing the street. Well designed in general but it took me awhile to locate light swithces. The owner helped me book a nearby restaurant Motontoko where the owner chef is a fisherman who serves the fish he caught that day. "
