She was efficient and personable but there was a long line. I ended up staying two nights because I felt safe here, a ways off the beaten path in Redding, where the beaten path included someone coming at me with a large stick asking for money. The couch was a BIG plus for me since I'd been in motels for almost three weeks and it's great to be able to spread out a little."
