I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel ! La vue sur les pyramides est incroyable et l’emplacement est vraiment idéal. Le rooftop est magnifique, avec une très belle vue, surtout au coucher du soleil.
Tout le personnel est très gentil, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. La réception est très agréable et professionnelle. Les chambres sont magnifiques, très propres, confortables et bien entretenues.
J’ai également beaucoup apprécié les excursions proposées par l’hôtel. J’ai fait plusieurs excursions avec eux et tout était très bien organisé, avec une équipe sympathique et professionnelle.
Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un agréable séjour avec une superbe vue sur les pyramides. J’ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience et j’y retournerais avec plaisir !

If you come from the west, it is and seems very minimalistic. It's noisy. Be prepared to wake at 520 every morning. But i would not trade my experience there for anything. I will miss all of the employees there as of 1/11/26. Love, Nadiyya
