1BR modern efficiency 560sf ground floor apt 100' behind our house on 5 acres near the end of a private, tree-lined, dead end, country road with all utilities incl wifi, spacious parking, full use of 5 acres incl a pond. No traffic other than a few neighbors, & no crime. The apt has a living room, 2 lg flatscreen, smart tv's, full bathroom, stack washer/dryer, full kitchen w/ service for 8, & a patio. Feels remote, but all u need is nearby.
