The spacious bedroom has a king sized bed. The full bath includes a stack washer/dryer. The living room has a pull-out couch & a dining table for 4 ppl. There is also a large coffee table & 2 end tables. Just off of the living room is the full kitchen. Both the living room & the bedroom have large flat-screen tv\`s. The wifi gives access to all streaming channels. You can introduce yourself or remain a stranger. Located near the end of a private, tree-lined, dead end, rural road. Only traffic is neighbors, their guests, & contractors. No city noises. Only country noises - crickets, bullfrogs, birds, etc - & an occasional LRAFB C-130 prop plane flying over in practice runs. We are wide open with plenty of room to walk or walk your dog. We like it quiet. Plenty of parking for our guests. From here you can quickly get to Little Rock, Cabot, LRAFB, Conway, North Little Rock, Jacksonville, & Sherwood. We absolutely forbid the smoking/vaping of anything inside the apt. Any smoking/vaping of anything must be done outside or in your vehicle, away from other guests, & with no butts or debris left on the ground. Quiet hours from 10:00pm to 6:00am.
