I had issues with my key card several times, I had to come downstairs to have it fixed it was truly a pain. The elevator situation was also annoying it was slow and only allowed two people in there.

The front desk and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The bartenders by the pool were very nice and accommodating. The restaurant in the hotel was ok and breakfast was very overpriced. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to the mall.

Expectation were met above and beyond! Traveled with the family and our experience could not had been better. From the moment of arrival, all the staff if sure to great you and make you feel welcomed. Amenities and views were amazing!
