Sleeping Arrangements:
• Main Level Primary Suite: King bed with lake views and an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
• Main Level Queen Bedroom #1: Shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
• Main Level Queen Bedroom #2: Shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
• Upstairs Loft: Queen bed and two oversized pull-out chairs (twin beds).
• Lower Level Queen Bedroom #3: Access to a shared full bathroom.
• Lower Level Queen Bedroom #4: Access to a shared full bathroom.
• Lower Level Bunk Room: Two queen over queen bunk beds.


Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

Important Notes for Your Stay:
◘Heated Pool Option
Enjoy a warm swim! Pool heat is available April 1 – November 1 for $200 per day (2-day minimum) at a max temperature of 88 degrees. For weekend stays, the pool will be heated upon your arrival and remain heated until Saturday evening.
◘No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
◘Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
◘Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
◘Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
◘Boat Dock Info
Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
◘Lake Levels May Vary
Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control.
