Grand Park was about 7 minutes and Kokomo was about 30 minute drive. The location was ideal situated between the two parks with minimal traffic. The property was in the country off the road a bit it felt very private. Well maintained with a nice grass area for the kids to play. There was a covered porch with table and chairs. The layout of the inside was nice with the bedrooms downstairs for the adults and upstairs was a couple beds and large couch and tv for the boys. The boys mostly stayed upstairs and played video games and watched tv. The place was clean and well stocked with kitchen items, towels, dishwasher, and laundry. Everything was labeled which was a nice touch as you didn't have to open every drawer or cupboard to find things. The fridge had drinking water and ice cubes on the door that was great for filling water jugs for the games. Communication with the owner was great and I would've felt comfortable asking for something if needed. There was a walking/ biking trail right next to us that looks like it led straight to grand park if you were so inclined to bike or jog to the park. The only negative I can think of was the AC unit was in the upstairs and then vented with a fan to the lower level so it wasn't as cool as we would've preferred but it was a very minor thing.
