Unwind in this modern, spacious Barndominium just 6-8 minutes from Grand Park(GPS verified)—so close you can run home for a quick lunch or shower. Enjoy your own entrance, a large grassy field to play or relax, and peaceful privacy on a 5-acre property. Connected to the Monon Trail and near Morse Reservoir. An RV space and another private residence are on-site, each with separate areas to ensure quiet and comfort throughout your stay.

Sleeps 6. This 3-bedroom Barndominium includes two main bedrooms with queen beds and a loft bedroom/extra living room with a twin bed and a twin trundle bed with a large sectional couch. Each room has its own 58" or 65" smart TV.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, baking pans, cooking utensils, taster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, with the individual cups, dishes, cups and mugs) and a spacious main living area with a sectional sofa featuring 3 recliners—perfect for relaxing after a day at Grand Park or any other activity.

As a guest, you’ll have full access to the apartment, the front porch—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation—and the large grassy field on the east side of the Barndominium. These spaces are all yours to enjoy during your stay, offering comfort, privacy, and room to unwind or get in a little extra practice.

Amazing place for baseball families

Our family often visits Grand Park for baseball tournaments and we were getting tired of hotels. This place is perfect for families! The home came equipped with everything! All you need to do is bring yourselves. We highly recommended staying there! Wish we could book this every time we are down there!

Great location

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Grand Park in Westfield and Championship Park in Kokomo. Grand Park was about 7 minutes and Kokomo was about 30 minute drive. The location was ideal situated between the two parks with minimal traffic. The property was in the country off the road a bit it felt very private. Well maintained with a nice grass area for the kids to play. There was a covered porch with table and chairs. The layout of the inside was nice with the bedrooms downstairs for the adults and upstairs was a couple beds and large couch and tv for the boys. The boys mostly stayed upstairs and played video games and watched tv. The place was clean and well stocked with kitchen items, towels, dishwasher, and laundry. Everything was labeled which was a nice touch as you didn't have to open every drawer or cupboard to find things. The fridge had drinking water and ice cubes on the door that was great for filling water jugs for the games. Communication with the owner was great and I would've felt comfortable asking for something if needed. There was a walking/ biking trail right next to us that looks like it led straight to grand park if you were so inclined to bike or jog to the park. The only negative I can think of was the AC unit was in the upstairs and then vented with a fan to the lower level so it wasn't as cool as we would've preferred but it was a very minor thing. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat if we have another tournament there.
