There were ants around the washroom basin and beds.
The front desk “silently” charged additional CA$599 on my credit card without my consent. When I inquired about the extra charge, it turned out that the front desk on-site manager couldn’t tell the CAD-USD currency exchange rates, and she refused to apologize and revise the mis-charged amount.
Very bad attitude and super unprofessional! Watch out if your are paying in USD, as they could only match the numbers but ignore the currency exchange rates.
