The only area that they may want to look into it, is the mineral water at room. Upon boiling the mineral water ,the kette seem to stain with white substance after 2-3 times at it base. The other one is "slippers", believe it standarilize size across thus may not fittable for those bigger size feet. The pool area was a bit gloomy. There was no music, no nice vibe and you had to wear a swimming hat to enter the pool. Just the atmosphere of the pool area was a bit cold. The hotel itself was at a nice location, the staff was semi-helpful, definitely not smiley. The room I booked smelled like cigarettes so the staff was kind enough to upgrade me to a better room that didn't smell. Staff was terribly unwilling to be helpful. Typical Chinese hotel management...
