Great location next to the airport. First check-in attempt at 6 am failed - very uncooperative reception staff ....(no room until 2 pm ! - due to hotel policy). 2nd check-in attempt at 9 am worked beautifully - very friendly staff had a clean room available and I did not need to camp out in the lobby anylonger. Same hotel - 2 very different experiences - it all depends on the people behind the counter.

Just next door to the airport and saved lots of time on departure day. Nice, clean and they took the eco-initiatives. Breakfast was a nice spread too. Good gym and only down side was the pool is closed.

The front desk is very welcome. Location is very good for 2nd need go to take aircraft. R restaurant are excellent breakfast and dinner.

The room was very nice, comfortable and quiet. Staff was very kind and accommodating. The only thing we didn’t like was that there was not a working ice maker and no vending machines at this particular Hyatt.

Excellent hotel: Huge rooms, friendly staff, free wifi and Gym. Maybe could use a little more breakfast variety, but breakfast is free so not really a minus.

The staff are friendly and professional as usual. Hotel is within 3 min walking distance from the arrival and departure of the airport. Excellent breakfast. The only thing that didn’t work well during my stay this time was the air conditioner which was not adjustable that I was freezing cold in the room for two days.

Had an important early flight out so I stayed here for it's simple walking access to the departure terminal. Soft bed, great shower, good meal. Would definately stay again.

Good transit hotel with amenities.
We thought we had booked the Hyatt Regency from the photo which is very similar. Its just as well as the stay at the Hyatt Place was exactly what we wanted (overnight transit with breakfast included). It is just as convenient and the rooms are good sized, the ac works perfectly and the breakfast was better than the airline lounge provided when we went to depart. Unfortunately we did not take full advantage of the hotel breakfast as we assumed that the lounge and airplane might be better. Bad decision.

nice hotel right at the new szx airport. map shows the wrong location of this hotel. in general this is a fine place to stay before or after a flight but if it is part of a long trip the amenities are a bit lacking and the food was just ok.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. The room is a good size. Twin beds are larger than standard twin beds and the bathroom is big with a large shower.

Great hotel staff
All the hotel staff were fantastic ! From checked in staff to the dining crew . Special mention to Ms Yolanda , Ms HELEN from check in. Dining crew Mr Johnson , Linda and Alisa. They were all so nice . Thank you . Nonetheless, the portion of the hotel food is quite small and expensive .
