Beautifully appointed and recently renovated, spacious 3BR house + office, 2.5 bathrooms in Shelter Island (Hay Beach area, quiet street). The office can be fully closed and used as a guest bedroom. The house is quiet, private, and spacious (approx. 2700 sqf of built area + large patio/ pool and over 1 acre of land). Amenities include: Gunite pool with saltwater (6 chaise lounges in the pool area), large garden (small soccer field), outdoor, dining and patio lounge area (BBQ grill), ping pong table, and foosball table. The house is WIFI-enabled and has a SONOS sound system. Walking distance to two beautiful bay beaches. 2 adult bikes and 2 kids bike available for use.
