Lovely house with absolutely beautiful ocean views! It was foggy when we arrived at night and early in the morning but it cleared by late morning; even in the fog it’s very atmospheric and nice to hear the waves. The house is spacious and well-equipped—the kitchen is great for cooking a group meal. An easy walk down to Black Sands Beach and short drive to Shelter Cove. They will need to do some upgrades to the building but all their neighbors will need the same; this is the pacific north coast. For us (three adult couples) it was perfect. Lovely layout, a night around the grill and chiminea as the stars came out, three separate sleeping areas (one bedroom is connected to a loft with two singles so be aware), and a laundry!
