Beautiful location & house!

We had so much fun! A great location for our family to gather. This was our third year and we love it more and more each visit. Thankful for this wonderful place to stay!

Superior!

Big charming New England farmhouse! Great kitchen and great game room. Lot's of space for kids to roam around. So close to Shelburne Falls village. Great stay!

Great country home for the family

Ideally located close to Shelburne Falls. Large estate with farmhouse feel, very spacious and comfortable for a large group (5 real bedrooms). Beautiful garden with lots of space to enjoy outdoors. Barn with ping pong was an extra treat. Very responsive/friendly owners.

Great time !

Loved the home. Plenty of room, clean. Really enjoyed the game room. It was a great plus for the kids ages 5 to 12. The adults loved the pool table ! Wonderful time all around. Great yard for the dogs......

Pretty but not very comfortable

For our family reunions we like to rent a space to just hang out together. This place was ideal for size and location. The outdoors spaces are beautiful. Couldn’t even see another home without taking a bit of a walk. Beautiful gardens and outdoor space. Barn space was as advertised. It just wasn’t very comfortable. Adults complained about the beds being too hard (inner spring mattresses with toppers). The interior seating space was sparse. Plenty of seating to eat (none cushioned), otherwise only room for 6 or 7 to gather in the living room.

Everything Promised

This charming house is exactly as promised. We had 15 lodgers and on and off another dozen visitors during our weeks stay. If you want serenity, beauty and comfort.. look no farther. When we were overcharged on the invoice by accident the owner quickly refunded the fee PLUS. gave us $100. Extra for inconvenience.. Brst Ever.

Great stay at a beautiful property

It’s a beautiful house that easily accommodated our large group. The kids had a blast exploring the large backyard. We enjoyed hanging out and eating meals on the two patios off of the kitchen area. Great stay!

We gathered our family here for the Fourth of July to continue some much loved traditions in Shelburne Falls. This was a beautiful location & the home had everything we needed to prepare meals and share family time. Thank you!!!

Great stay!

We had a great time staying in the house. All essentials were provided and the instructions where to locate items and how to use appliances were all over the house. The house is big enough for few families with kids. The playroom and Jacuzzi was a hit! Will definitely rent again!
