Confortable stay

Great stay, comfortable, clean. Only slight issue is I would prefer to receive check in information before I have to travel 4 hours so at least it is guaranteed that I have them prior to leaving.

Great communication from the owner about checking in etc. This apartment was cosy and warm as well as having all facilitates. It was in a great area as our daughter is at university in Sheffield and it was close to her. Couldn't praise it highly enough!!!

シェフィールド大学に用事がある人には大変便利な立地です。歩いて10分かからずに大学に着けますし、シェフィールドの中心地にも15分ほどで行くことができます。お部屋は広くて綺麗で、洗濯機、冷蔵庫、テレビ、オーブン、トースターなど生活用品は全て揃っています。安心して滞在できるお宿です。

Badly in need of maintenance

We stayed in number 4. This place has a lot of potential. It's spacious and well equipped, and parking is right outside. Check in was easy. The decor looks good. However, there were too many things brocken to count. The shower had a bad leak. The whole place smelled of damp, probably because of that leak. The bathroom floor felt soft underfoot, probably for the same reason. The bathroom radiator had electrics fixed with tape. The bathroom mirror light did not work. The hairdryer cut out after 30 secs. The fridge leaked. Half of the hob plates did not work. Half of toaster compartments did not work. The grill did not work. Pretty amazing list, and that's just the stuff we spotted. Once they fix the list of issues above, the place will deserve 5 stars.

Perfect stay for a visit in Sheffield

Had a few little hiccups getting into the property but once inside it was great. Shower was fantastic. Big dining, lounge, kitchen area that we could have pre going out drinks and nibbles which I was not expecting.

The flat was nice enough, However, while superficially it was clean there was dirt on the windows behind the blinds and around the bottom of the shower cubicle. The walls were very thin - I was woken up every night by the person in the next flat coming in at 2am. They weren't noisy but you could here everything. The biggest problem was the lack of basic items such as a bath towel, oven gloves and a tea cloth.

Great value and comfortable alternative to hotel

Really nice, spacious apartment for an overnight stay, very close to University buildings and close enough to the city centre. 10 minute tram trip from the train station, 5 minutes walk from a Sainsbury Local to pick up essentials.

Lovely place to stay. I would choose this over a hotel any day. It is very quiet, great location walking distance to the hospitals, town centre, great bars & places to eat. Everything you could possibly need is provided to self cater. Comfortable bed, clean and as an added bonus Netflix. Communication was brilliant.
