Everything was very nice except when we got to our room there was a dead beetle in the betheoom bu the trashcan. Other than that , everything was very nice. Especially loved the quietness of the area.

This hotel is extremely dated and needs to be updated. The flooring surfaces are dingy. The bathroom sink faucet barely delivered a thin stream of water. The tub drain was so slow that it pooled up during a shower. The furniture in our room was badly in need of replacement. There were no modern conveniences, such as USB ports or extra electrical outlets for charging devices. The hot tub was out of order. The beds and bedding were a bright spot.

The staff was very helpful and willing to help with our unique situation.
The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the boys in the band appreciated the free breakfast.
We've stayed here several times while on tour and will definitely stay every time we need to stop in Gallup.
